Great Rake II Landscape and Garden Rake 

This is a great all around rake; we have the 42” and just love it.  Our garden is rather flat garden and holds water, thus we have to plant all most everything in mounds.  After we till and prep we use the Great Rake II to quickly pull up mounds.  We also use it to pull the soil back into the mounds after tilling in between the rows throughout the growing season.  The 66” handle provides a long reach over plants and around other objects.  We have also used it in our building projects to level out medium before building a project.  The extra wide width allows you to level ground more precisely than the old standard garden rake.

The head is made from a high-grade engineered aluminum/magnesium alloy, selected for its durability and strength, yet remains light weight, especially with the wider up to 42” versions.

The wrap-around bracing is clamped and bolted on to the handle, not riveted like some of the cheaper imports.  The head is mounted using a solid aluminum plug in the head-to-handle connection, unlike other brands that will use wood or plastic plugs.
