These old time wooden wheelbarrows will add a touch of nostalgic charm to your yard, garden, or use them in retail businesses.  Add the plant liner and make them a flower box or display fresh cut flowers in your flower shop. 

These are working replicas of the wheelbarrows used in the 1800s and early 1900s before items were fabricated from sheet metal. Pictures at the bottom show a vintage wheelbarrow.

Wood options include rough or premium grade smooth.  Wheel options include metal, or authentic wood spoke wheels.  Priced as the small rough cut barrow with a metal wheel. (Large Rough Cut with metal wheel pictured unfinished).

The unfinished large wheelbarrow (Pictured) is actually considered the "Rough Grade".  It comes with kiln dried planed wood just as you would purchase at the lumber yard. With some additional sanding you could obtain a furniture grade finish.

The Wheelbarrow can be just stained, just varnished, or stain and varnished.

Varnish or painted options include either two coats of marine grade varnish or a coat of primer and a coat of paint.  Select options and stain and paint colors at the bottom of the page. 

Sizes:

Small measures 41” Long X 14-1/12 Wide X 15” High, with a 11-1/2” wheel.    

Medium measures 55” long X 19” Wide X 21” High, with a 15” wheel. 

Large measures 70” long X 24” Wide X 27” High, with a 19” wheel.  

Add Hand Painting on the sides, for family names, gift dates, special occasions, business names and etc.  Select size and see cost below.  Leave a message of what you would like to have hand painted on one side of your wheelbarrow.

Plant liner is made of heavy gauge galvanized metal.  The liner fits over the sides of the wheelbarrow.  It is designed to allow plant pots to sit up to fully display your plants.  This design provides drainage between the contact surfaces.  This allows the wood  to dry below the liner in order to help prevent wood rot.

These wheelbarrows are custom built with each order, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
