Extended Reach Underwater Aquatic Lake Rake
Uproots underwater aquatic weeds, use where shallow water has allowed aquatic vegetation to grow beyond 15’ from the shore line.
A safe chemical free effective method for seasonal weeding of lakes, ponds, or golf course water traps. This rake uses a 50’ poly line to reach out from the shore. Tie the line around the waist and throw the rake outward into the water, allow the rake to sink to the bottom, and then pull in the rope until you reach the handle then pull in and shake off the weeds. This is the lake rake we use in our own lake to remove the weeds.
The head is made from a high-grade engineered aluminum/magnesium alloy, selected for its durability and strength, yet remains light weight.
The wrap-around bracing is bolted on to the handle, not riveted like some of the cheaper imports. The head is mounted using a solid aluminum plug in the head-to-handle connection, unlike other brands that will use wood or plastic plugs.
