This high-end USA handcrafted cabinet hardware is being used on Amish furniture and cabinets. You may find much cheaper imported hardware with much less quality.
All the hardware is powder-coated in black for years of use. This rustic barn door hardware is available in either a horseshoe trolley or strap pulley trolley. Includes all the rail standoffs and screws. Select trolley type, style, and quantity using the drop-down box.
Track length is available in 48”, 60”, 72” and 96” lengths. Longer track prices include the additional shipping cost for the oversized package.
The bottom of the doors may be left free hanging or with either roller guide, a center guide or a continues T-Guide. Both the center and T-Guide require a mortise in the bottom of the doors.
Priced as a 48” track with one pair of strap trolleys. Add to the base price by using the drop-down boxes.
4” of clearance is needed to mount the track and trolley.
Doors should have a 1” overhang on each side to fully cover the contents view from both sides.
You will need double the track plus overhang for the width of the door(s). i.e. 60” track = 28” door or two 14” doors.
Track: 3/16” x ¾” Prepped on 12” on center for standoffs, includes track stop mounts.
Will accommodate ¾”, 1”, 1 ¼” and 1 ½’ doors. Please specify using the drop-down boxes.
Strap Trolley: 1 ½” wheel measures 8 1/8”. Screw holes prepped 3 ¼” on center
Horseshoe Trolley: ½” wheel measures 3 3/8” x 5”
Note: Typical installation may be used with only the top track and trolleys for free-hanging doors which, will not be subjected to push out concerns. The above options are different ways to secure the bottom of the doors to prevent push out.
Continuous Bottom T- Guide 1/8” x 1” prepped 12” on center for standoffs. Requires a mortise in the bottom of the door for the guide to slide on. (The best option to prevent push out of the door bottoms.) (Holds the bottom of doors securely in place as they roll on the track)
Center Guide. (Bracket that mounts on the slide side at the bottom of the door. Rides in a mortise channel to keep the bottom of the door from pushing out.)
Roller Guide. (Bracket with a roller that rolls on the outside of the door(s) to keep the bottom from pushing out.)
Doorstops for right and left Sides. (The track and trolley will have stops on each side, these additional stops would be a good idea if the doors will be subjected to slamming open.)
5” scaled door pull handle
